Written Specification

Prior to signing up to our Laundry & Ironing service, we’ll visit your home for a consultation. This way, we can meet you in person, fully discuss your needs and match you with the most suitable Poppies operative. From there, we’ll give you an accurate quote and write you a specification which outlines how often we’ll visit your home, what we’ll do on each visit and how much it’ll cost.

Continuity

If, in the event of an illness, staff holiday or personal emergency, your regular Poppies operative can’t make it to your Laundry & Ironing session, we’ll simply send the next most suitable operative to your home and ensure they’re fully briefed on your package and preferences.
