Very impressed with our experience with Poppies so far - the initial visit from Carol, and the good communication afterwards. Have had 2 cleans from Rebecca so far, and we are very happy with the standard of cleaning, she uses her initiative and just quietly and efficiently gets on with the job.

Have had cleaners from poppies for the last two years, they always do an excellent and thorough job. Changes are incorporated with the minimum of fuss and the service is excellent. I hate cleaning with a passion and just don't have time to do it anyway, I would be absolutely lost without poppies and recommend them to anyone who needs a high quality cleaning service. They use your equipment and materials so you can be sure that they are products you like ( in my case it's important they are environmentally sustainable).

Poppies are absolutely fabulous, they provide a cleaning service to both ourselves and our elderly father in law. Jacqui goes above and beyond in her job each and every week - she always arrives with a smile and takes a genuine interest in us and our home. We don't need to provide any direction; Jacqui uses her initiative exceptionally well and really does just get on with doing an incredible job. If I have been working or out when Jacqui has been with us there is nothing better than coming home to feel the 'Jacqui magic!'
In terms of a business, Poppies always communicate really well. No problem is too small or large and we are always kept up to date - Ormskirk Poppies is high-quality, proud of what it does and excellent all round.

We receive a weekly cleaning service from Poppies for our offices and have always been very satisfied with the service that we receive. The employee from Poppies that comes each week is prompt, friendly and helpful. We receive calls from management very now and then to check if we're happy with the service and call always call them if we require and changes to what is required. Very happy with the service we get from Poppies on a whole and would recommend them.
I personally also have Poppies clean our home - again, very happy with the service that we receive. It is nice to have someone that you can trust to come into your home.
