Attentive team with great cleaners who are able to work round you. We’ve been using Poppies for well over a year and have been pleased with the service. I recently needed to change our regular slot to a different day. This was resolved quickly with a new Poppy able to start on the new day the following week.

I am not using your services at the moment because of the pandemic, but I want to say that I have been very happy with your services over the years. The management team is excellent, and I can note two of those I've had most interaction with, Linda and Andrew, who are professional, kind, understanding and attentive to our requirements and needs. I would particularly like to note Linda's amazing inter-personal skills. It was always a pleasure to speak to her when I needed to call for one reason or another, when we had a little natter before she noted my request and acted on it in a timely fashion. I also greatly appreciate Andrew's attention, efficiency and good cheer. I've had several cleaners through the years, who were all good to very good. The most recent one, Ingrid, was excellent. The best cleaners are those who take initiative and notice things to do for themselves, rather than waiting for and only sticking to instructions. But overall, I've always had good, reliable service. I wouldn't have stayed with Poppies for over 10 years (I've lost count) if I wasn't satisfied. There is a lot to be said about a small family business such as yours. So thank you all and I hope to resume the services in the Autumn.

Poppies provide friendly cleaners, who we can rely on to carry out the weekly clean to a high standard. Any changes to the regular cleaner or time are notified in advance and Poppies will do whatever they can to ensure the service continues without disruption.
