Simon, the manager, has been very friendly and patient with me on the phone (I struggle mentally and can be anxious and a little incoherent) and went out of his way to see if he can find someone to come to my house on such short notice. Kylie came to clean and all I can say is that she's absolute lightning, cleaning properly with an attention to detail, also very independently and she's so friendly. I'm so happy and can only recommend Poppies!

This agency does my mums domestic cleaning. The manager Simon has been accessible and responsive and flexible to meet our needs. Mums cleaner Sara is thorough just the right mix of professional and friendly . We are very satisfied and would absolutely recommend the service.

My cleaner, Dominika whom I've had for well over a year now is so lovely. She does a very thorough job, she's always on time, and if there's anything I want her to do in particularly that's not the usual clean, she will always do a lovely job.
Simon who is the person that sorts out the office side of things is brilliant at getting back to me if I have a query, he is very efficient and honest.
The service is excellent value for money and such a great help to me. Being someone who is poorly, and not as a capable as I used to be, its hard to keep up with cleaning that requires a bit of elbow grease! But with Poppies and Dominika it's all sorted for me and is a great weight off my mind.
