Biscoff shake is the best at poppies and good environment

A real joy to find Poppies. 3 people did a deep clean of my house which was in a pitiful state due to me health problems. It was a very professional job, massive difference in the house and they were all very very pleasant. I now have one lady (Natalie) for 2 hours a week. and again, she is a joy to have around, makes a massive difference, and the cost is really reasonable. She never takes a break or accepts a cup of tea, just gets on with it.They already feel like family, and our dog wails when Natalie leaves and turns inside out with joy when she arrives. They are very considerate and thoughtful. I asked them to help me get some glue off the conservatory ceiling, my goo didn't work, and they didn't charge me, despite sending a manager round to try. I think anyone who badmouths them must have their own problems, I can't speak highly enough of their service, staff and charges.

Totally perfect service in every respect. We've been using Poppies for over two years and despite the dramas of lockdown etc have never been let down or left in the lurch. Excellent admin, but most of all our cleaner is absolutely marvellous. On two occasions we've had a stand-in from Poppies and they've been wonderful too. Cannot recommend highly enough.

I have had an excellent experience using Poppies for the past year or so. You are allocated a named cleaner, who comes at the same time every week/fortnight — if there are any changes to the named person or agreed time these are checked with you in advance. The level of service is very high, with immaculate work done every time, and the staff are friendly, professional and will work to your specifications (for example, if you want a particular environmentally friendly process or certain application of products). Once I signed up for the service, my named cleaner came along with the owner for a visit and had a tour of my house, asking how I wanted things cleaned/left. The woman who cleans my house always checks in that everything is ok after a clean has been done. If there are any breakages or damage (the only thing I have ever had is a wine glass knocked off a shelf, which I anyway left precariously, so no big deal), they let you know straight away and offer to replace it. I have never had any problems at all with this company or the staff and even though it is more pricey to go via a company than pay someone cash in hand, this is because staff are employed properly, and looked after well. I am very happy with the service, which is a godsend as I have a very full schedule, and don't always have time for housework. I recommend it.

I have used Poppies recently for a big spring clean of my home and the whole service from start to finish was superb. Vicky who came to visit first and discuss my requirements was very professional and friendly. On the day of the clean Vicky brought her team of cleaners and they were incredible, they got behind everything, in all the corners, underneath the sofas and beds, made my bathrooms gleam like new (I could go on and on) WOW WOW WOW just brilliant and they all had smiles on their faces. I have been using Poppies professional cleaning services for about 5months, they are brilliant. A working mum of 3, I needed help to keep me sane. I cleaned my house up to 3 times a week, I don't even pick up a hoover now. Vicki called this a quick wipe a 'mummy clean'. She was so right, Poppies have extremely high standards, the clean lasts a week. They are discrete, hassle free, young and professional. There is no politics, debates or intrusion, I pay by DD and have a clean oven, fridge, silver and an immaculate house. Thank you ladies
