Without seeing your home and sitting down with you or your family, there is no way we can quote accurately for time and services, as we always make sure that we’re using the time we have with you to ensure we’re making a real difference. For example, if you don’t mind doing your laundry, but can’t stand hoovering and washing the floors, we’ll use our time to do the things you don’t want to first.
However, to provide our truly bespoke service, we have to sit down with you at home to get this kind of information, which is the information we really need. Once we’ve met with you and seen your home, our team will work with you to put together your personal plan, which will tell you how much time we will spend with you, the services we’ll carry out and how often we’ll visit. Then, you can sit back and relax, while the Poppies team makes sure everything runs as it should. If you want to adapt or pause your plan at any time, no problem! Our written quotation specifies what we will do on each visit and what it will cost. Quality Control Supervisors use this specification to check that our work is being properly done and as agreed.
The written specification is vitally important to us as it allows us to always stay on top of the work we do for you. It also allows you to see what you’re getting from every single Poppies session you have and make sure you’re seeing real value from our work.
Continuity
This system allows you to build a relationship with your cleaner, and gives them the opportunity to get to know your home and how you like your home. When you have an operative who knows your property, you’ll see more value as they are able to spend more time doing their job, rather than finding where you keep your supplies or how you like your clothes organised, for example.
The team at Poppies Cleaning Service Leeds also take responsibility for making relief arrangements if staff are ill or on holiday, and we’ll let you know about this as far in advance as possible, so you’re kept in the loop about your service.
Supervision
Our QC supervisors do not just check that jobs are properly done. Client priorities can change over time and it is their job to see that we adapt our service to such changes.
